Fraud by Online Shopping company

Hello sir, I have bought a item on a online platform shopping app and paid the money which they asked for that particular products but they haven't delivered the product yet it's been three months i have been constantly mailing the authorities and calling them they are just telling its will be delivered soon but yet not delivered the products. what should i do now please help?

You can write an email to the online shop authority. You can ask for either delivery of the Product or can ask for repayment of money. Even then you can file complaint in the Consumer Protection Act.
