Fraud Dealer
I purchased a second hand vehicale from a dealer, the vehicale DIDNT work for few hours, from dealer to my home, had to call mechenic twice, after seveal request, dealer sent his mechnic & took the vehicale back. Now he is charging me also 15-20% (for non of my fault). Now my hardearned money is within him since last one month, with no response from him, how to move ahead.
You can file complain under section 318 of BNS which states that Whoever, by deceiving any person, fraudulently or dishonestly induces the person so deceived to deliver any property to any person, or to consent that any person shall retain any property, or intentionally induces the person so deceived to do or omit to do anything which he would not do or omit if he were not so deceived, and which act or omission causes or is likely to cause damage or harm to that person in body, mind, reputation or property, is said to “cheat”
