Get back my son's certificate from college when discontinue the course
I joined my son in Chennais Amirta Hotel Management college in July 27th 2022. Then found that course will not suit us and don't have good future. So decided to discontinue the course. when approached college to get back my son's 10th marksheet and TC, the college is forcing us to pay full year fees to return my son's certificate. Only attended 3 months , but already paid 2 term fees rs.53000/- still forcing us to pay rs. 26500/-. Do we need to pay full year fees if we discontinue the course on our own reasons after 3 months?
Hello sir/mam,
if you have not signed any contract or agreement with the college then it's no need to pay the money and if college is not responding or not providing you the documents send a legal notice to the college and if this also dont work then lodge a oral and written complaint to UGC about the ill behaviour of the college.
