How can I deal with lack of transparency and maintenance in the society?

Dear sir, i am residing in a residential flat and i am the flat owner. i usually pay the maintenance every month with extra amount which is maintained as corpus to the maintenance team .Here the maintenance team is of 2 people they are intentionally doing Usually in an apartment if a common thing needs to be done, they will keep a meeting and ask opinion of every flat owner. Here they are informing only few things, if they don't have funds if they have for example they have installed the gate in flat for which i have not got any information. i have asked them, i have not informed about that and, they are telling they informed asking me pay my contribution for that which is not at all fair these kind of things are happening to me in all aspects they don't even giving an opportunity. Here they will gather 5 or 6 people and trying to shut my mouth and even i have not informed also asking to pay my contribution if not they are threating me they will stop my necessities.
