How can I file a complaint a diagnostic center for giving a wrong report?
Hello, My mother in law was diagnosed with wrong illness from a reputed diagnostic Centre. later on we got her admitted in the hospital on the basis of the investigation but we came to know it was all false, The report which was produced by the diagnostic Centre was false. We had medical insurance. Now I want to know can we file a case on them and if yes how much amount we can claim? kind of torture or trauma we have been through it was very painful. regards
