How can I get my refund?

I am Delhi based travel agent arranged a 10 days tour for a client he did the tour and enjoyed everything he made some changes during tour(verbally and i agreed) later on 10th day he told me to provide some refund as some changes was made i refused now he sent me a legal notic asking for a full money refund
