How can I recover money legally from any online shopping app?

Bought headphones worth 6000 (5099 paid) via JBL's official website. received a defective product, arranged for a replacement via customer service. got my package picked up and when it reached JBL's warehouse, they said they had received a non JBL item and returned me that item itself (an old clock). Now my money is gone and I don't even have my headphones with me. JBL support is refusing to help citing that I didn't make a continuous video of my packing (I made video in 2 parts mistakenly)

In your case, JBL's refusal to process a replacement appears unreasonable and the seller is liable under consumer protection laws for delivering a replacement if a defective item was initially sent and then returned. You can issue a formal legal notice to JBL, demanding the replacement of the defective headphones or a full refund of ₹5,099. Include any documentation you have like the purchase details, defect report, and both parts of your packing video, which will support your case. If they still refuse, you have grounds to file a complaint in the Consumer Court with the help of a lawyer, citing unfair practices and negligence in handling your case.

Sir, firstly you should contact JBL’s customer service and insist them to resolve the matter. If they do not comply then you can file a complaint to the consumer protection agency with help of an expert lawyer. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
