How can I release my impounded bike?

Hi Team, I request your guidance in understanding the process of filing a petition. I own a Hero Ambition 2003 model motorcycle which is not in use and just parked outside my apartment building. Earlier today when I was not at home, Scrapping Agency seized and took my motorcycle without informing me and are refusing to even show me my motorcycle. They asked me to file petition and get clearance order from Court further. This bike is our family sentiment bike as my mother purchased it for me. I pledged that will take care of it for my lifetime. Hence, please advise the process of filing the petition and request court Judge to order the Scrapping agency to release my motorcycle.
