How to deal with CMP charge deduction?

I have a Bajaj FinServ Emi card and on 10 July 2023 I was to be charged Rs 117 as annual charge . Bajaj FinServ messaging me from 2 months earlier that 10 July your annual fees is due . So on 10 July I had sufficient balance. But no charges were cut on that day . And on 19 July they executed the mandate and I had low balance due to which CMP charges of 354 was deducted from my ACC and Bajaj finance did not inform me about the next date on which my charges were to be cut when the charge was not cut on 10 July. I put a complaint and they have refused to give a refund of my 354 Rs charge. The charges should have been cut on 10 July 2023 but they did not cut on that date and also did not inform me about the new date when the charges will be cut . And also in my Bajaj FinServ acc there is no mentioning about when my charges will be cut .
