How to enforce a Consumer Court Order in my favour against opponent?..

I booked an individual photographer for a photography project and paid a advance amount 25k. I cancelled the project 4 days ahead of time and asked asked for a refund of the given money. Photographer didnt have any contract, only whatsapp conversation and I have money transfer evidence. Photographer didnt pay back and I filed a case in consumer forum. Photographer didnt respond to notice from court and also didnt appear. If the order goes in my favour and the opposite party still doesn’t respond, what happens then? Can the court enforce, the order? If enforcement is beyond court’s area of concern, can I file an FIR for a year old case once order goes in my favour? What steps can I take so that the opponent is forced to refund the amount? . If opponent still doesnt care and refund the money how will this proceed now. Another question is if the case goes on for too long, can I withdraw the case online or do I need to visit court for next hearing to ask judge to withdraw the case?
