How to get refund collage fees?
Sir, Full fee collected by BIMR College of Professional studies in 2020 for session 2020-21 in BPT course before getting affiliated with University for the course in Aug. 2022( after initially invalidated for affiliation in 2022). As I have not opted to complete registration scheduled process in Jan 2023 for 1st year examination due to already so much delay, kindly guide to get refund of full fee from college with compensation if possible.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued an order that colleges and universities must refund the full fees to students who cancel their admission or migrate to another institute before October 31, 2023.
