I want either a repair/replacement or full refund for the HP laptop.

I have a severe heating issue with a costly HP Laptop that I bought in January 2020. Its under warranty and despite raising the issue several times with HP, they have not resolved it . I want either a repair/replacement or full refund for the product.

If you bought the laptop online then, go on for return policy or contact the support department,

If they are not listening and if no action was taken then, tag the particular shopping website or aap mention all the issue and tag the website along with HP company on Twitter and tweet the complain.

If bought offline, go the dealer from where you bought with your warranty card or else go to HP service center and ask for repair as the laptop is in warranty period if they don't listen file a complain in consumer forum regarding your matter.
