Is it compulsory to take mess in hostel?
Is it legal to charge mess charges in hostel of private colleges even if student don't want the mess facility and the mess is run by a third party vendor also can a college has right to forcefully not giving an admit card to student for examination even if all college and university dues are clear and university has already issued an admit card.
