Is there a time limit to get a refund?
I wish to know that there are any mandatory law in India which stated the retailors to show the refund and return policy on their showrooms ? and What is the minimum time of return and refund ? What if the retailor say there is no refund policy even if purchase happened before 30 minutes ?
