I have paid 720000 RS to Saptha Mathruka Developers in 2015 for 30x40 sq ft plot at Mysore, Karnataka. Till now, the registration and allotment is not done. They're not responding properly to query. I have all the payment receipts and letters received from them. I am at present working in USA. I would like to know what can be done to get my money back or get the plot registration at the earliest.
You can send a legal notice to the builders. You can ask them for either repayment of money or get the plot registration at the earliest. Even then no actions are taken by the authorities, you can file complain under Consumer Protection Forum. You need to be document all your payment receipt and record of the conversation through phone messages.
Hello sir, as reading above your question, you have paid the money and after money is recieved and now he is not responding to you, if there is proper agreement and all the evidences of money paid to you.
Then first foremost you can send legal notice to pay the amount or the property which he said to provide and if he don't respond you can file complain in consumer court against that particular person or association.
