Miss conduct of lawyer of banglore court.

I had a incident of bank account hacking and lost my money.I complained in consumer court,deeshna madam answered my complaint and assured me of getting back my lost money.As per link sent by her I credited money to her account as advocate fee.then she passed time by vague answers.now she is not attending my call or WhatsApp.please suggest me what can I take further action.she is not credit ting my money and not going further in my case.thank you.
