Mobile related with Samsung

Mob was under warranty and timely submit to Smsng care but care was closed and not returned my phone till now , approx 13 months , bill and docs with my self , complain with C/care they offer take refund full value of mob but I want more.

You can send a legal notice to Samsung demanding compensation for the prolonged delay and inconvenience caused. If they don’t respond adequately, file a complaint in the consumer court seeking a higher compensation amount, including damages for mental distress and loss of use. Keep all documents and correspondence as evidence.

If Samsung Care has not returned your mobile phone for approximately 13 months despite being under warranty and having all relevant documents, you can escalate your complaint through multiple channels. You can file a consumer complaint with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (Consumer Court), seeking not just the full refund but also compensation for harassment, mental agony, and loss of usage.
