No reply to legal notice sent to Amazon for faulty product
I ordered an ASUS laptop of Rs 95,999 from Amazon on 18 dec 2022 and on 23 dec 2022 I received wrong product ACER laptop old 2nd hand. I complaint it to Amazon customer service for return/refund the same date but they denied the request even after sending the video and photo of opening the package at the time of delivery for further investigation. I then sent a legal notice through lawyer on 27 dec 2022 and received a case ID for that notice on 02 Jan 2023. It has been a month and till now I haven't got any reply/response or any update regarding the notice or product from Amazon Team. What can I do now to further proceed this case in consumer court as they have not replied to the legal notice that i had sent? Please help.
