I am dicontinuing my course, and i want Original documents, i have cleared current year fees, but college asking to give next year fee , if you want Original Documents. What i have to do sir?
When a student discontinues a course in between, it is a loss for the college authorities as their seat gets wasted for the remaining time period till the completion of the course. This is the reason they ask students to pay fee for the remaining duration. However, if the student has reasonable grounds to discontinue the course, the college authority is bound to return the Original documents without any other fee payment. If you are not getting the document then send a legal notice to the college auhtority to return the document or else complain to the UGC for the immature behaviour of the college authority
