Seller not refunding my money
I'm sriram and I'm a national cyclist. I have seen a second hand bicycle for sale post in facebook. Seller said that the bicycle is in good condition so i paid 65000rs online transaction to him by seeing the only some pictures bicycle. I said the seller that i didn't checked bicycle condition so after i receive parcel if the bicycle is in bad condition then I'll return it. So after i checked the bicycle condition it found very bad so i returned to seller again. Now he took bicycle but not returning my money. It's been 50 days now since i have paid him. What can i do in this case

if the seller is not refunding your amount you have the authority to complain to the consumer court where such incidents are taken forward and this will help you to get you money refunded.
