What can be done if I received a fake product from Myntra?
I ordered boxers from Myntra as it was showing pack of three boxers as heading but in description of the product it was written pack of 2, as I did not see the description and ordered it by seeing only the heading I got only 2 boxers. I had a chat with customer care he told me return policy is not applicable for the product so they cannot do any thing unless the product is damaged or it is a wrong product. what can I do now I ordered it considering three boxers for 929 Rs but its 2 boxers it is very expensive for me now. I want to return it.
