What can I do against if a hotel refuses to give me a room if I have a confirmed booking?
I made a booking for a Sharjah Hotel through Makemytrip as per the deal offered by the website. Now, the hotel is denying the same claiming it to be a system error and Makemytrip is asking me to cancel the booking as the hotel has denied the booking. Please advice.
