What can I do if someone denies service but I have paid in advance?

Case was created, promising a technician visit in 48-72 hrs. After patiently waiting, I received Message 2, claiming I requested cancellation, which I didn't. No clarification was provided. I later discovered a new unauthorized service request. Upon contacting, I was told to wait 24 hrs. for an update, but received none. Frustrated with the lack of communication and service.
