If you have served for 17 days in August and there is a pending bill of ₹ 10,500, you can go to your reporting officer or HR department and clarify the matter by explaining your case and seeking the release of your pay. If that doesn't work, you may escalate it to the right higher management or grievance redressal cell. Record all the work that you do on this issue. If such a situation continues, you may lodge a complaint in the labor court or the consumer forum for redressal.

Check your employment contract for payment terms and conditions related to withholding pay. Write a formal email or letter to your employer or HR department requesting the release of your pending payment. Keep a copy of this communication for your records. Collect documents that prove you completed your duties, such as attendance records or work schedules. This will help support your claim. If payment is still withheld, consider filing a complaint with the labor department or relevant authorities in your area. If the issue remains unresolved, consult a lawyer who specializes in labor law for further guidance.
