What options do I have if a company is not fixing the issue in the warranty period?
I purchased asus laptop in 2019. I had take an extented warranty for 2 years apart from 1 year basic product warranty. I had faced Motherboard issue 2 times within warranty time and changed it. Now i am out of warranty and again same mother board issue has occured.I already took extented warranty, so when i checked website i cant saw option to take it again.I suspect serious manufacturing defect with the laptop. Is there any chance to get free repair or a new laptop if file a grivence in consumer forum. What should i do now?

The first thing you should do that lodge a complaint before the authority where you purchased the Laptop and if they deny then you can send a legal notice for the default and after that you can file before the consumer court, to know more in detail please call on our helpline number
