What options do I have if a company is not fixing the issue in the warranty period?
I purchased a Macbook Air M1 from Reliance Digital( Anand, Gujarat Branch) on 26th January 2023. I started facing significant battery issues from day1. I also noticed that my battery health deteriorated to 97% with just 15 battery cycle counts whereas usually it takes 80-100+ battery cycle counts for battery health to go 97%. After lot of blames games from both Apple and reliance , ivenus service Center after diagnosis declared my battery as faulty as the battery health went to 94% in just single day. Apple on this issue is ready for battery replacement but not the piece replacement citing that the this issue may have happened by retailer must have kept this 2020 model for long and that’s why all this is happening. I want replacement of piece as I have rarely used it and this manufacturing defect that too in hardware and without my fault then why do I let open this whole new piece. So in this case can I get the replacement of laptop from Apple or retailer?

Go to store and tell them your issue and if they deny get a legal notice drafted against that store and again they deny then you can approach to the consumer court,
