If you ordered a product worth ₹10,000 from Amazon that was not delivered on time and subsequently refunded without your consent, you should take the following steps. First, contact Amazon customer service to explain the situation. Clearly state that you received the product after the refund was processed and that you were not informed about needing to return it.Familiarize yourself with Amazon's return and refund policies, as you may not be required to repay for the item if it was delivered post-refund. If customer service does not resolve your issue satisfactorily, consider filing a dispute through Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee program, which protects buyers in such situations. Document all communications and evidence related to your case for future reference.

Sir, either return the product to Amazon or repay the refunded amount if you wish to keep it, or may try to resolve the matter amicably by contacting their customer service. If you face any difficulties you should consult an expert consumer rights lawyer to understand your rights and options. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
