What to do if I got scammed by a travel agency?
Respected Sir / Madam, I had signed a contract with Grandura Leisure in August 2022 for a timeshare membership for 5 years. The total amount was Rs. 1.4 lakhs for 5 years. The full amount was paid to Grandura Leisure through a personal EMI through ICICI bank with Grandura Leisure confirming to payback the EMI charges and interest. However - 1) I am not receiving any reply to all my emails sent to the Grandura customer care team for all service requests. 2) The Grandura customer care contact phone no. are all disconnected and not reachable. 3) The Grandura office is also closed. 4) I am not able to book any holiday package / membership benefits. The company is a complete fraud. No service is provided. I would request you to please let me know the process to address the grievance. Regards, Analava
