At what stage FIR can be quashed?

Dear Sir, What if a married woman comes in relationship with an unmarried Person without revealing her marital life. Later on She files a case on the basis of Sex on the False pretext of marriage. Meanwhile the accused finds that the lady is a married woman not yet divorcee, even She have a running case against her husband U/S 498A,494, DPA 3/4, and i have a official copy of her complaint from CJM court which indicates her marital life with her present husband. So is there any chances of FIR Quash in this case?
