Sir my bike was stolen from my premises, when i went to police station the police officials refused to lodge my complain what should i do sir?

Hello sir,
If police is not lodging the complain, you have the rights to approach to SP, then SP will direct the subordinate officer to lodge the complain and take action but if SP also fails to lodge or take action, then you have the rights to approach to Magistrate where you can entertain your complaint.
