Can a FIR case be withdrawn?

Want to withdraw FIR that I registered against my ex husband, as we have decided to settle the matter with some mediators and family members . Accused is on bail. 60days have already passed. We didn't went to police station for chargesheet as we needed to settle FIR charges are 354,354B, 452,504,504(2)

you have to file a withdraw petition along with affidavit to withdraw the complaint, where must be stated you have no objection if the accused person realise from the case, before the judge. To withdraw the FIR, you will need to approach the court with a request for withdrawal, as the police station  not have the authority to do so after chargsheet have been filed. for further enquiry contact us.
