Can a foreigner file a cybercrime complaint in India?
An indian citizen residing in India is posting false statement on facebook and using the nepalese girl's profile picture and cover photo. He is also sending unnecessary messages on whatsapp. A case has already been filed against him in Nepal cyber cell but since he is in India, no action can be taken. Can a Nepalese citizen register a cyber crime complaint against an Indian citizen in India under Cyber bullying and online harrasment? Also, what is the procedure regarding the same.
