Can action be taken against lawyers commiting fraud?
Hi An online business did a fraud with me. They took the money and did not deliver the item. I have full proofs and documents. It turns out the owner is a frequent offender and has done the same with other. He is said to be a lawer from Lakhnow high court. Can you help deliver justice by getting me refund and stripping him off his law degree and also get him punished? Note, the consume court has failed to take any action on this and had adviced to file a 420 case on him.
