Sir, It is not possible to withdraw a complaint submitted under the REPORT WOMEN/CHILD RELATED CRIME area. Cyber-crime complaint can be withdrawn before it becomes a FIR, a complaint submitted under the REPORT CYBER-CRIME section may be withdrawn.
