Can I check my spouse's phone to prove cheating?

Is it possible as an accused, I can ask the complainant (my ex fiancé) to share her social media logins for proof? Our marriage broke off and she filed a rape / molestation complaint against me. We were open dating for a while and she's had sex with multiple people during the time she has mentioned in her complaint that I had been molesting / raping her. She's even hanging out with the same people. Can we ask her to share her phone access during case hearing to verify this?

No, you cannot directly ask the complainant to share her social media logins or phone access for proof in a legal case, asking for such personal information can be seen as a form of harassment or intimidation, especially in the context of a broken engagement where emotions may be running high. You can request the court to consider her social media proof as evidence, you can contact us on our helpline number for further enquiry.
