Can I file FIR or Defamation case?
State Bank of India Kumbakonam branch Hold (cease all transactions rights) my saving/salary account since 01/03/2023. I'm asked by visiting and through e-mails to concerned branch to the the reason for the HOLD and the deputy manager replied as due to court order this branch Hold your account.Hence I asked to provide the scan copy or Xerox copy of court order to further course of action.Becauseof I have not yet received such court order to my permanent address.But till now the said Branch official didn't provide the copy of court order and it's registered post details.Request help me, presently I am in extreme financial burdon due to my saving account Hold By SBI Kumbakonam branch.
It is wrong, if your account is ceased without any notice and court order explaining the exact reason of ceasing of account. We need more details such as is there any court proceeding is going on against you or not or you have defaulted any loan. There are many cases in which bank have the arbitrary power of ceasing the account.
