You could either file FIR or go to court directly to address the financial fraud. You can file an FIR at any police station, including the cyber crime cell of a police station. You can also file an FIR online. If the police refuse to file an FIR, you can appeal to the Superintendent of Police or file a private complaint in court. You can file a private complaint in court if the police do not act or act in a biased or corrupt manner. You can also take a few steps before the court decides on the matter, like blocking and monitoring your account, and report to the cybercrime helpline.

Sir, to address financial fraud you can either lodge FIR at the police station if a criminal offense has occurred or file a civil suit in court for compensation. It is advised to consult an expert lawyer to assess the situation and determine the best approach based on the specifics of your case.
