Case of theft

Dear Sir, My name is Charanjeet Singh residing at Subhash Nagar , New Delhi On July 2015, theft happened in our factory premises in Naraina where everything including machines (old) was robbed by our landlord. FIR was registered in the case (Section 380/448) and it is under bale matter now. Currently the trial is in process. Matter is running in district court. I would like to mention that, there was no formal rent agreement document between both us and our landlord since 1988. When the theft happened our factory premise was on nominal rental basis i.e., approx. 1200 rupees per month, after the theft we did not paid anything due to theft, financial constraints and father’s health.
