Cheating/misappropriation of property
I live in Kolkata and my friend bought a bike on my name on a verbal agreement that he will change the ownership after the loan will be over as he is not getting finance but it's been 2 years the loan is completed and he is not transferring the ownership.iam afraid that I might face any issue in future as bike is in my name.I have my friends driving license and passport with me so what can I do now

Hello sir,
you can send a legal notice to your friend and if he dont change the ownership go and lodge a complain to nearest policestation that your vechile is lost and also intimate the RTO about the circumstances this will help you
