Cheating/misappropriation of property
I live in Kolkata on 2018 my friend bought a bike on my name as he belongs from different state and was not getting finance and he was my school friend so the finance was over and he promised that after finance will be over he will transfer the ownership but from last one year from sep 2021 till now he is making me fool he left the place where he was leaving before I have his driving license passport with me so what can I do now so that he do this work more fastly or I don't face any problem in future please help.

As the bike is registered on your name go and complain to the nearest Police station about the lost of vechile and then notify it to the nearest RTO about the same, you can also lodge complain regarding cheat and fraud against that person.
