Civil/criminal defamation
A defamation suit has been filed by my ex bro in law (civil and criminal) based on some emails,personal messages.The court is not giving any respite.if messages are personal in nature and not published or shared to a 3rd party( abuses,hindi gaalis n etc) does that counts towards defamation.

Hello sir,
The defamtion law has certain grounds that need to be follwed to file the case of defamation.
The message need to be delieverd to the third person and also the staement made should be False an d fabricated then only the court will take action for such defamation.
