Corruption and Injustice taken place in Phulwari Sharif Police Station

I am writing to Seek Legal Help for Corruption and Bribe that has taken place in the Phulwari Sharif Police Station in Patna. A friend of mine, has informed me that their father purchased land and attempted to construct a boundary wall, but was stopped by goons/gangsters/mafia who forcefully halted the construction and stole the construction materials. Despite filing a FIR at the local police station and submitting a presentation to the Superintendent of Police (SP), no action was taken, and it is believed that the police officer in charge may have taken a bribe to ignore the matter. Additionally, he sought help from various authorities, including the S.S.P. and Chief Judicial Magistrate, but was met with complete inaction. I strongly believe that this case is a clear example of corruption and a violation of the law. As a concerned citizen, I am reaching out to you in the hopes that you can provide legal advice and guidance on how to proceed with this matter.
