Charlie caught a rabbit on Andy’s land. He took it to his houseboat. Freddy, who had been observing Charlie, followed him to his houseboat. Whilst Charlie had a nap, Freddy, intending to take the rabbit, boarded the houseboat. Freddy was about to leave with the rabbit when Charlie started to wake up. Freddy picked up Charlie’s walking stick, hit Charlie over the head with it and left with the rabbit. Discuss the criminal liability of the parties
