DEFAMATION
My question is a woman in our co-op housing society who stands as the secretary is accusing me of false allegations that i have done a fraud and involved in corruption with a contractor and duped the society money. How can i deal with this false allegations and how can i gather evidence to prove innocent?

if she is doing such act and you have prove that you are not indulged in such act then you can file a case of defamation against that women or if you din't have the evidence try to gather the evidence against such false allegations
