Does police harassment with sirens constitute criminal intimidation and actions?

For several months, I have been experiencing continuous harassment by police officers who misuse their authority by using their sirens near me whenever I leave my residence. Police vehicles approach and activate their sirens near me, only to cease them once they move away. This harassment is particularly pronounced during night patrols when the sirens are activated near my house, causing significant disturbance and distress. This is going on since my abduction by my own parents. This persistent harassment seems to be a deliberate attempt to intimidate me and send a clear message that I am not free to live my life. Despite my efforts to report these incidents to the ACP and CP, NHRC ,SHRC no action has been taken to address the misuse of power by the police in my area. Does this fall under criminal intimidation? What should i do next?
