Fraudulent Activities of Person

I had married a Person with the name Rajesh on 2020. A month later I came to know about his fraudulent activities. His original name is Tatarao, and changed his original caste OC[Kshatriya] to SC[Hindu Mala] after Inter for qualified for Physiotherapy seat. He is running 2 Physiotherapy Hospitals claiming to be MPT(Sports) Specialisation with the name as Dr Rajesh without MPT qualification. Earlier he made two engagements, took money from them, cheated them and then cancelled the marriage. And involved many fraudulent activities. On which sections i need to file case, whom i need to contact about his SC caste change. Where i need to lodge a complaint he has been running hospitals with fake documents? .I have all the proofs about his SC caste change and fraudulent activities
