Friend took 15000 and he didn’t return the amount!
Dear Sir , One of my Childhood friend who I recently met asked me 15000 on 7th Feb 2023 as it’s urgent for car loan and he would repay me back within one day and I have given him the amount through google pay immediately and it’s been almost three weeks and in spite of asking everyday he is just telling reasons like he didn’t get salary or he is working out with someone to adjust and trying to avoid giving me back amount. Please let me know what legal action I can take on him as it’s 15k and I consider this amount as huge
