How can a caste certificate be cancelled?
My friend Recently arranged a cast certificate through an agent, which he suspects is forged (doesn't know by which means). My question is: Is it necessary to file criminal complaint in case of caste certificate cancellation ? ( he didn't sign any papers nor did he use this certificate anywhere else)
