How can I deal with my boyfriend who promised me to marry and have a physical relationship but now he refused to marry me?

I was in love relationship with a bit from January 2022 to March 2023. Everything was going smooth and he had promised me to marry and on the pretext of this promise we had sexual intercourses. In April he showed his disinterest in fulfilling his promise. I tried to convince him for the same but he denied to fulfill his promise. I filed a complaint in a police station against him but on persistent persuasion of his family, I had to withdraw the complaint on a condition of MoU. MoU stated that only if he agrees to marry me I'll take back my complaint. Now again after 6 months he and his family is showing their disinterest and tantrums and mentally harassing me that they will not go by the signed MoU. Kindly please advice me the further course of action.
