My social media account was hacked I had made a police complaint in the cyber cell but no action was taken..How can I get the person who hacked my social media account punished?

Inorder to get the hacker punished go to nearest police station of cyber cell and also complain it on online cyber cell website and further if no any action is taken approach to SP of your area.
